Marketing Communication Expert

FHM is a digital marketing agency specializing in Hungarian and international healthcare marketing based in Szeged. We provide our customers with services tailored to their needs – mostly online – with the courage to use new solutions. To do this, we are looking for a new colleague who loves to create, think outside the box and introduce something new and has the courage and perseverance to do all this.

Place and time of work

Szeged, flexible working hours, full-time or part-time with an open-ended contract

What will be your responsibilities?

  • planning and managing independent marketing projects, preparing analyses,
  • you will manage business social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and plan communication campaigns for the sites and analyse their outcomes
  • developing a creative social media strategy for clients with profound knowledge of social media
  • creating and executing a social media content calendar across all relevant platforms
  • creation of offline content
  • performing research and competitor analyses
  • meeting clients, survey their needs and suggest solutions (you don’t have to look for new clients!)
  • monitoring the budget of your projects
  • creation of reports on a monthly basis for your clients and colleagues
  • administration and punctuality are part of your job
  • you will be a real asset to the team at FHM, you will work in close collaboration with your colleagues, we support each other through all projects

What do we expect from your side?

  • experience in building up and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy
  • due to international projects, you will have to use your English on a daily basis
  • excellent copywriting skills
  • ability to think creatively and to deliver creative content
  • analytical and multitasking skills
  • understanding SEO and Google Analytics
  • helpful and client-oriented personality
  • dare to make decisions and make suggestions
  • excellent time management, punctuality and organizational skills

  • creative and strategic thinking
  • dare to be brave, creative and critical, accepting criticism (we are an honest team)

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with communication/marketing or relevant field
  • minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing/PR and social media management (B2B)
  • proficiency in Hungarian and English (C1) (both written and spoken language)
